Skill Development

The development of skills can contribute to structural transformation and economic growth by enhancing employability and labor productivity and helping countries to become more competitive. Investment in a high-quality workforce can create a virtuous cycle, where relevant and quality skills enable productivity growth and foreign direct investment, which result in more and better jobs for the current workforce and more public and private investment in the education and training system. This, in turn, increases the employability and productivity for both the current and future workforce.

Harnessing the demographic dividend through appropriate skill development efforts would provide an opportunity to achieve inclusion and productivity within the country and a reduction in the skill shortage.

Agriculture Production and organic /natural farming projects

Agriculture production, particularly organic and natural farming, is receiving increased attention due to its potential for sustainability and environmental benefits. Several projects and initiatives are underway to promote these practices in India, focusing on areas like soil health, biodiversity, and reduced reliance on synthetic inputs.

Organic Certification as RC

Working as Regional Council under PGS. The councils are authorized by the National Advisory Committee (NAC) under the PGS-India program to oversee and manage the certification process for organic farmers at a local level.

Rural livelihood projects

Rural livelihood projects aim to improve the well-being of people in rural areas by providing sustainable livelihood opportunities and access to resources. These projects often focus on poverty alleviation, income enhancement, and social empowerment, with a particular emphasis on women and marginalized groups. They may involve initiatives like skill development, financial inclusion, access to markets, and support for various income-generating activities like agriculture, livestock, and entrepreneurship.

Cleanliness

A cleanliness project can focus on various aspects of hygiene and sanitation, ranging from personal to community levels. It can involve promoting awareness, implementing practical solutions, and fostering a culture of cleanliness. Examples include conducting cleanliness drives, educating about waste management, and encouraging personal hygiene practices.

Public and General Health

Public health focuses on improving the health of communities through organized efforts and informed choices, while general health, often associated with primary care, focuses on individual health and well-being. Public health aims to prevent disease, promote healthy lifestyles, and manage health across populations, whereas general health emphasizes individual healthcare needs.

Green and sustainable Energy

Green energy and sustainability are closely linked concepts that focus on using environmentally friendly energy sources and practices to meet present needs without compromising future generations. Green energy, derived from natural, renewable sources, is a key component of achieving sustainability, which encompasses social, economic, and environmental well-being.

Water & Air Pollution

Air and water pollution are major environmental concerns with far-reaching consequences for human health and ecosystems. Air pollution involves the contamination of the atmosphere by harmful substances, while water pollution refers to the contamination of water bodies. Both types of pollution can stem from similar sources and are interconnected, with air pollution often impacting water quality and vice versa.

Women Empowerment and Gender equality

Women’s empowerment and gender equality are closely related concepts that aim to create a society where women have the same rights, opportunities, and access to resources as men. Women’s empowerment is the process of enabling women to make their own choices and control their own lives, while gender equality ensures that both men and women have equal rights and opportunities. Achieving gender equality requires addressing systemic barriers and inequalities that prevent women from fully participating in all aspects of life.
